No Dry Cleaning Needed: You do NOT need to wash, iron, or clean the outfit. Our professional textile sanitization center handles all care.
Use the Pre-Labeled Bag: Simply fold the outfit into the original garment cover and slide it into the tamper-proof return satchel provided in your box.
Hand Over to Courier: Our verified logistics partner will arrive on your scheduled return date between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Hand over the sealed satchel and note down the pickup receipt SMS.

Because your rented outfit arrives 1–2 days before your occasion, you have time to try it on immediately:

In major cities, if an alternate size is available in our regional fulfillment hub, we can coordinate an express same-day courier exchange.
You are always permitted to make temporary, non-cutting basting seam alterations to suit your fit.

Cancellation & Refund Tiers
If your event is postponed or cancelled, our flexible cancellation policy protects your investment:
14+ Days Prior: 100% full cash refund to original payment method.
7–14 Days Prior: 70% cash refund or 100% Re_wearo Store Credit (valid for 12 months).
3–7 Days Prior: 50% Re_wearo Store Credit.
Within 72 Hours: Non-refundable as the outfit is already customized, steam-sanitized, and dispatched.

Security Deposit Refund Timeline
Your security deposit is safeguarded throughout the rental:
Once the parcel arrives back at our Surat facility, our quality team inspects the garment within 24 to 48 hours.
A completion report is sent to your WhatsApp and registered email.
The refund is initiated instantly via automated API to your original payment mode (UPI, Netbanking, or Debit/Credit Card). Banking gateway processing times may vary from instant (UPI) to 2–4 business days (Credit Cards).
Return & Exchange FAQs
What if the courier pickup is delayed or I am not home?+
If the courier does not arrive or if you need to reschedule the pickup time slot, simply inform our team on WhatsApp before 3:00 PM. As long as you have communicated with us, no late penalties will apply.
What happens if I lose the return bag?+
Don't worry! You can pack the outfit in any sturdy, clean waterproof box or bag, and our courier agent will print and affix a fresh return shipping label at your doorstep upon pickup.
